Your Day, Fully Taken Care Of
Our wedding package is genuinely all-inclusive. Licensed bartenders pour from a full selection of premium liquors, craft beers, and specialty drinks. Dinner is prepared on-site by our in-house chef in a licensed commercial kitchen and served by our dedicated banquet staff.
A 6-hour DJ and MC service is included from the moment your first guest arrives through your last dance, complete with professional sound and lighting. Your newlywed table gets its own dedicated server for the evening. And when the night is over, our team handles every piece of the breakdown and cleanup.
Two Venue Spaces, One 20-Acre Property
Built in the 1890s, Wild Horse Ranch is the oldest guest ranch in Arizona — a twenty-acre private estate sitting high above Tucson, surrounded by Sonoran desert. Choose between The Oasis, our flagship venue with lush gardens, a grand patio, dining hall, dance floor, and full bar, or The Sunset, an intimate 11,000 sq ft open-air space with a metal bar, pergola stage, and stunning desert mountain views.
Both spaces include private ready rooms for your wedding party, on-site parking with staff to guide your guests, and the same award-winning team behind every event we host.
Planning Support From Start to Finish
Our Event Specialists work with you from your first inquiry through your send-off. We coordinate with outside vendors for florals, cake, beauty, officiants, lodging, and transportation — and our curated preferred vendor list includes special rates when you mention Wild Horse Ranch. Planning from out of state? We handle remote meetings so distance is never an obstacle.
Before your big day, you and your partner are invited to a group tasting event to sample the menu. Custom table linens, napkin colors, and non-floral centerpieces are all included and chosen by you.
